Pasquale Jones looks the part and has a great staff but the pizza does not but the mark for NY. Ordered two pies and some pastas. The pastas ordered were both very good and quite flavorful. The pizza had several burnt spots making the pie quite difficult to enjoy. The presentation in the restaurant is very picturesque and trendy.
Service was on point. I had a server name Joe, he consistently checked up on me despite how packed dinner time was. The servers knew what dish had what, they were very knowledgeable.
Chef Connor handles himself very well and so his team. 3 line cooks and a pizza maker taking on the entire service on their own. I sat at the bar watching them work, food came out on time. I met Gio the pizza maker, I have to say you can see the passion in his work ethics. People are ordering pizza left and right and he's knocking them down 1 by 1. Most head chefs usually just bark orders but chef Connor was hands on and helping his team. I give him a lot of my respect.
Let's talk about the food.
I had a small seafood dish, raw fish, with fennel and I believe an acidic green sauce. I've never been a fan of sour but I actually enjoyed it. Presentation looked nice.
Next up is the tiny pasta things. I kid you not I was freaking surprised how super rich and creamy the fillings were. The small bits of mushroom may have been my favorite because I actually like mushrooms. The only problem I have is because it's super rich and creamy, there were too many of them. I'm not trying to complain about having more than enough but the fillings inside is overpowering. I think the dish should be shared than solo. I enjoy the dish overall.
Finally the pizza, what defines Pasquale Jones. I had their Diavola. I really like the crust and dough itself. I'm going to be extremely honest about the pizza. Even though I ate whole thing by myself, there were a tiny bit much basil for me to enjoy.
Would I come again? Yeah I would.
Food is great, that's all what you need to know.
It tends to be a bit over seasoned, but is just matter of personal taste. Ingredients are great 👍🏻
Cozy ambient, elegant but not stiff, great staff.

Came here for pizza - the crust was great but the pie itself didn’t stand out. The clam pizza was missing flavor, the margarita was pretty good. The cacio e pepe was under salted. The carbonara calzone was a hit!
Delicious pizza and pasta! Great for lunch Wednesday to Friday or dinner anytime. Small plates with farm fresh ingredients and exquisite taste!
The food was absolutely delicious. A perfect spot to come with friends!
The burrata was tasty and came with wonderful sourdough bread and greens. The ravioli was perfectly sweet and the mushrooms complimented them so well! We also got the special, scallops, that were perfectly cooked, and crisped on the top, plus the flavors were super complimenting to the natural flavor of the scallop. Lastly, we got a Margherita pizza which was Neapolitan, but NOT floppy, which was awesome!
In conclusion: yes, I would absolutely recommend visiting Pasquale Jones
Casual Italian eatery where you can enjoy salads, pastas and wood oven pizzas. The wines were extremely overpriced.
Service was cordial. The music, in my opinion, was extremely loud.
Great atmosphere and service, not as thrilled with the food as I expected to be. Our pizzas had large bubbles forcing the toppings to clump and the dough to overcook on these areas.
